I wanted to let you know about the great customer service I experienced at Hamilton Chevrolet last Friday. I turned in my Trailblazer to Dan Dilay and received the best customer service I have every experienced... anywhere. It was a snowy morning and on my way to turn in the lease I got a flat tire (bad luck... I know). The day got worse as I also accidentally misplaced my wallet at the dealership. Someone on your staff found the wallet in the snowy parking lot and Dan Dilay called me to let me know it was there. Dan then offered to drive the wallet to me knowing I would need it right away. Dan went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed on a day that seemed like things couldn't go my way. The wallet was not touched which only shows what a great staff you truly have. I am thankful to whoever that was! Your staff is professional, courteous, helpful and really does treat everyone how they would want to be treated. Not only will I go to Hamilton Chevrolet to buy my next Chevy but I will buy a Chevy in order to go through your dealership!

I gave a down payment and arranged to trade in my old car to buy a new Impala from another dealer in the area. They were rude throughout the whole process including the day I went to pick up the new car. So, I took my nice clean trade-in back and went over to Hamilton. Talked to Larry Oliver and he was very nice and ordered an Impala for me with no problems. If Larry sees me when I go in to Hamilton for an oil change or service he remembers my name and asks how I like the Impala.

I just leased a 2005 Chevy Impala from Hamilton Chevrolet today. It is my first brand new car and I just got back from driving it all around town. Tammy Keith was my saleswoman and I wanted to take the time to write in to say how thankful I am for her help in getting me into this new car. I'd been driving the same car since 1999. I knew my credit wasn't the greatest, but I thought I would give it a shot since I have been working so much I thought I deserved something to show for it. I am writing to tell you what a great job Bob did last week in helping me turn in my Equinox and pick up a Trailblazer. Bob took care of everything which helped me out a lot since I was very busy at work and short on time. He called my insurance agent and set up the transfer of insurance, took my GM card number and presented me with the options of how I could use that money, called my dad and worked with him so that I could get his GM discount on the vehicle, and was able to have everything ready to go so that when I stopped by on my lunch hour I was in and out quickly. Bob went above and beyond and I really appreciate all of his hard work. My family has been leasing/buying vehicles from Hamilton for the past 10 years because of this type of service and we'll continue to do so in the years to come. I am not sure if there is any type of customer driven award I could nominate Bob for, but if there is I would like to do so!

For several months, I had been looking to get financing for a vehicle. With poor credit and being turned down by several dealerships, I didn't have much hope until I was fortunate enough to talk to Jim McArthur. Jim is not only a great finance guy, but he is also very kind, considerate, and patient. I recently scheduled my Silverado pick up truck in for some warranty work at Hamilton Chevrolet and was pleasantly surprised. I described the issues (which for the most part only happen periodically) to the service technician, and I suspected they would be difficult to determine the cause. The service technician listened closely and assured me they would check the vehicle over closely trying to determine the cause, and correct the problems. The problems were identified and I was notified of the progress in a timely manner. When the repairs were completed I picked up my vehicle and found that it was washed and ready to go. I have visited many dealerships in the last 6 weeks, I can tell you some real horror stories about my treatment at most of those dealers. At Hamilton, every member of your new/used car staff said hello to me & asked if I needed help as I or they walked by. I walked out of MANY dealerships where I didn't receive this common courtesy. If the pre-sale service is poor, what would the post-sale service be like? Isn't the sale only half of the equation?
