Hamilton Chevrolet History

We are excited to show you a sneak peek at what is coming in the summer of 2011. Here's a look at the NEW Hamilton Chevrolet and it will include an awesome new customer convenience center!

In 1956 Gene Hamilton established a tradition at 13 1/2 & Mound of providing sales and services that the community could trust.

In 1978, Gene Hamilton Chevrolet relocated to it's current location on the corner of 14 Mile & Mound.

A change of ownership occurred in 1982 when Don Hamilton (Gene's son) and long time employee Sam Cupp purchased the business.

Finally in 2000, the dealership received a facelift including an expansion of the Used Vehicle Center.

Today's ownership, Don Hamilton, Sam Cupp, and Michael Boguth have seen that the tradition lives on. They credit their team of dedicated employees for the dealership's success. Service has always been the top priority at Hamilton Chevrolet. Our mission is anchored by the "Golden Rule" of treating our customers the way we would like to be treated.
